Lamentation is one of the few pieces I've done completely in acrylic. This piece is a lamentation for a liar. It depicts an interpretation of a relationship that was perceived for years to be strong like mountains, calming and beautiful. But in truth was weak and translucent. The betrayals were as constant as his heartbeat, and through the haze of emotions and controlling lines, the truth. Liar. It is a memorial of life going on and changing, going up and down but through it all, opaque or translucent, life is still beautiful.
